Overview

This course is designed to introduce you to the foundations of Change Management and the models practitioners use to deliver effective and lasting change. On completion of this learning, you will have knowledge of the frameworks available and the ability to build a change journey that will enable your organisation to successfully support its people, whilst meeting key business objectives. 

Who is this course suitable for?

This course is suitable for those who are leading colleagues or teams through a change or are involved in managing change as part of a project. It is also a great development course for those who are aiming to step up and take on extra responsibility (including Business Change Champions).
