About us.

Who are we?


AMBR is made up of a number of experienced and dedicated change and training consultants with many years' experience in leading and managing business transformation programmes.  Having a shared set of values and culture helps to ensure our people are driven to help you succeed. We are proud to be an ITOL accredited training centre, assuring you that everything we do is certified and held to the highest standards.

What we offer


Change Management - Leadership Support - People Development and Training


We partner with organisations to help them navigate business change. As part of our offering, we work with leaders to understand the challenges they face and define solutions that make sense. Developing a story to engage the business at all levels is central to the services we offer. We passionately believe that in order to drive success we must keep things simple. 


Our consultants offer clear and honest advice, placing the success of the business and its individuals at the heart of everything we do. As a consultancy we are always looking for new and improved ways to deliver for our clients and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years.  


Who are the AMBR directors?

Ashley Birrell-Riley

During my career I have supported organisations with change management, training, communications and employee engagement. I have had the pleasure of working across a variety of industries including transport, education, government, construction and financial services.


In all my interactions with clients I aim to bring change management to life, sharing my experiences, knowledge and enthusiasm for the practice. Operating in partnership with senior leaders, I aim to deliver change that makes a difference, whilst supporting people on their transformation journey.

Scott Parkinson

I have worked in change management, training and programme management for over 20 years. My experience ranges from sales team training, recovery programmes, centralisation programmes as well as ERP implementations and global Salesforce implementations. I bring a wealth of experience from the finance, government, construction, telecoms and health service sectors.


With a focus on practical application, I bring change management and training into focus on projects. Through engagement at all levels, I aim to ensure that the change and any subsequent training is tailored, specific, effective and measurable.
